Idk how many miles we ran but we ran 80 mins and it was just me and jess and Addi and Py and we had fun talking. Then jess fell and it was funny kinda. Also I had no sleep till Brooklyn in my head by the beastie boys that’s a good song so you guys should go listen to it OOOHHHH ALSO I GOT SOME NEW NIKE STRUCTURES 21 !!!

The workout was rlly good today !! I’m rlly enjoying runnin rn and I hope I can for a very very very long time !! I was tryna work on my ankles and arms cuz they get very wack when I run. Working on form helps me run way better
