| | Am- 15 warm, 2x800 @ 3:10 then 4x400 @ 3-4 sec faster than 1600, then 4x100 @ 400 pace- I felt pretty good today. The 800s were good, then the 400s were better. My breathing got hecka fast so I tried to calm myself. My times were 1:15,1:17,1:18,1:16 my ears were super clogged from the drive home and I'm getting a lil sick so that's probs why
Pm- fun run today we ran on the grass and freaking Jacey tripped me on purpose so I had to tackle her hahaha

Pm- race: Definetly not my best race but there were some spots where i pushed. I am very excited for state. I am ready to push harder than I have so far this season. Even though I didnt qualify in the mile this year I have still learned a lot. Also even though I didnt have a great season so far I have learned alot !!!1 Its not over yet I am very very ready to crush it at state !!!!!

| | STATE !!!! I ran the 3200. I just really wanted to have a good race since the season hasn't been the best. I wasn't too nervous before we started. The first 2 laps were pretty good then I got a huge shot of adrenaline haha so I just went. I led for like 3 laps I think. I had a rlly good mindset and I pushed through the pain. The last 100 Harley was right behind me and so I literally sprinted for my life which I've never done in my life and I ended up 6th which was good cuz I wanted a medal :) my time was 11:27 and so I was 1 second short of my PR haha it wasn't the best season but I learned so much.

| | 45 mins at Sullivan// pretty good run today my legs are always tired when we start then they aren't as tired once we get going. We did roller coaster hills and oh boy those are so fun !! The last 15 mins we picked it up a bit and Roberts told us your legs will do whatever your mind allows them to do, that helped me a lot. it was a good run talking and catching up w/jos :)

Then we head up to the dirt mile and our warm up was pretty fast ahah so pyper did her tempo with us as we warmed up :) the first 7ish mins weren't too hard but then I could feel my legs getting tired. I just kept pushing. Both coach holt and coach Roberts did it w/us and I rlly think that helped a lot. The last 5 mins were especially hard for me to believe in myself but the girls rlly helped me push and I am so grateful for them. I'm glad we could do that hard workout w/each other !!! :) missing my other half Caroline Kelly :(

Pm- just a pretty chill run. I get to race on Wednesday jv and I'm rlly excited to prove to myself that I deserve to go to bob firman. So me and my bff jess were just talking about how to mentally prepare and how she believes in me. Then after practice my other bff caroline Kelly came up to me and told me how much she believes in me and how proud she is of me. It makes me rlly happy to know that my teammates believe in me and are proud of me cuz it's sometimes hard for me to believe in myself so I'm gonna try and work on my confidence and know that my teammates believe in me so I should too :))) ITS A GREAT DAY TO BE A PANTHER !!!

Me and Jess and Laney and Brook went to the mall and we went to see’s and then they are being very generous as usual and they offered us some samples but the lady was taking forever saying the names of the chocolates that new no one knew what the crap she was saying so then Jessica started to grab a chocolate and then the dumb lady yanked all the chocolates away and then Jessica gave the chocolate to Brooke and then she ran outside because she was embarrassed lol plus I got a new hecka cute Nike sports bra that has lots of straps and is a cuttteeeeee color and I’m very excited to wear it !!
Then me and jess went on a run then we saw Miles and Julien and they were driving right next to us seeing how many miles per hour we could go and we just got up to 14 miles per ( we can go waaayyyyy faster ) id say it’s been a pretty gr8 day to be a panther

We ran into green springs and I wanted to ding dong ditch hunter but we didn’t haha and it was rlly fun we stopped at the park and did some striders then Caroline and Gracie came but we didn’t know so we had to go look for them but then they found their way to Jessica’s house ahha then we played the wii after and ate popcorn :))))

Me and Sylvia talked a lot on the run today about state and I am very proud of her for running so good this season. In Spanish señor made a new seating chart and made me and jess sit on the opposite side of each other and we were rlly mad so we wouldn’t talk to him then he gave us some candy and then we started talking cuz that was nice of him. But I’m gonna miss sitting next to Jess cuz we’re the only ones that make the class fun cuz we entertain everyone

| | Well today was interesting we helped a lady move her car and this dumb man came and helped us but he didn’t rlly help. It bugged me cuz he thought we couldn’t do it. But clearly we were doing it. It also bugged me cuz men think women aren’t strong enough to move a car but we are STRONG POWERFUL WOMEN and we just pushed that mother freaking car. But it was a good run and it was so fun to talk to jos and catch up !! Also I went and got my 2nd state champ ring and I’m tellin ya they are pretty snazzy ;)
