am- saw connor baller. didnt talk to him :(  too bad for me

pm- hard core track workout did 1000 at goal 1600 pace ( 5:10 ) then 2x400 at 3200 pace (11:30) then 3x400 at 1600 pace ( 5:20 ) and finished 2x400 back at goal 1600, jacey and i got a 1:15 then 1:14. cooled, weights
