45 mins at Sullivan// pretty good run today my legs are always tired when we start then they aren't as tired once we get going. We did roller coaster hills and oh boy those are so fun !! The last 15 mins we picked it up a bit and Roberts told us your legs will do whatever your mind allows them to do, that helped me a lot. it was a good run talking and catching up w/jos :)
