pm- warm 15 mins cool 15 mins... I had the greatest race that i will ALWAYS remember, my 3rd lap was probs my best cux coach ( dad ) told me to go super hard on the 3rd lap, so thats what i did and i led the 3rd lap. i need to work on having a good push at the end and just going for it! Qualified for state! ( first 1600, i pr'ed 12 seconds, my second state qualifier cuz i ran the 3200 a week before i started blogging )

pm- hard core track workout did 1000 at goal 1600 pace ( 5:10 ) then 2x400 at 3200 pace (11:30) then 3x400 at 1600 pace ( 5:20 ) and finished 2x400 back at goal 1600, jacey and i got a 1:15 then 1:14. cooled, weights

| | i went over to carolines and me and her went onto the river trail by her house. then we had to add on time so we just finished off adventuring

pm- 1x1200 & 4x1000 3-4 mins recovery, current 3200 pace. me and jacey did them together because we have the closest 3200 times by eachother. We did 1 1200 and we were like 7 seconds off, so the rest we did 1000. We hit our times on each one. the last one i wasnt really feeling it.. i fell off jacey but for the most part the workout was great!

| | Long run. It felt super long and I was still sore from weights lol. But it kinda made me more loose. Nice run me and Maycee just wanted to get 7 miles in so we just finished with 7 miles while the other girls didn't get quite up to 7 haha

| | long run- I felt good for the first 40 mins then I felt super crappy cuz I have been sick :( it's good to be back and to catch up with Dimas and Alli and telling me everything that had happened while I was gone haha

| | The beginning and end of the run were gr8 then in the middle I was dead. p.s if you ever put on something that has a zipper don't let your sister try to zip it up or u end up having a huge gash in your side lol

| | ran on the region course today! I love that course a lot and I am very excited to do our time trial in a couple of weeks there! my legs were totally worn out today but I rolled out pretty good when I got home :)

| | SBR! We ran at 9 cuz we're nice friends and we waited for Alli to finish work. we ran the little black mtn. it was cool to see some petroglyphs:) dimas's dog about killed each of us lol. had a fun group to run with ( Dimas, Alli, Josie, Ellie and me ) we had 9 girls come, we tried to get the other 4 to run with us ( they ran with us for a couple of minutes) it was VERY VERY VERYx100000000 HOT!!!!!! but it's over so thank goodness😅 It was a fun run! but we missed the rest of the girls and Roberts :( very excited for Monday tho cuz all of us will be together again!

| | while we on our way to get Caroline's butt outa bed.... We saw her and her sis running so she came and ran with us! :) it was a hard but nice run. My legs were chafing so hard that they bled 😁 And now they sting very bad :( Brianna and Alli got a fergie song stuck in my head for the whole time! I ended up going a couple mins over wich isn't too bad. It was nice to see Frida who is from Sweden :) we had a nice pack of girls, but they're all leaving tomorrow so we will have a smaller group the rest of the week.

pm- I bet Roberts got annoyed of me and Brianna singing a fergie song the entire time lol it wasn't as hot as it has been which is good! 😅

| | I was totally exhausted. but it was a fun run.... i miss the other girls a lot! I really wish we had tempo cuz I was really excited and I wanted to redeem myself from last week. I'm really excited about the time trial next week!!!

| | met at vernan worthen, I was super super dead. Me and Caroline ran back with Jess and added on later, we saw Corbin so he ran with us. The water tasted so good, it was so cold and I really needed it :) I'm super excited for the time trial on Wednesday and for the girls to get back!

| | Hurricane 5k- ran with addi Caroline and my dad. At the beginning of the race I think we went out too hard, by the middle of the race I just wanted to be done haha I fell back but I caught back up to addi and we stayed with each other for a couple minutes then i kicked hard and finished a couple seconds before she did. everyone did super awesome!
After the race Alli, me and Dimas went to the lake, it was very fun and when me and Dimas went on the tube we were going ham it was insane, finally she just let go lol then we tried wakeboarding they did pretty good, but someone needs to teach me how to wakeboard haha it was a good day to spend with some of my bffs ❤️

| | time trial, I came in 5th on the team, I wasn't too happy with it but that was only the first race so I'll move my way up :) overall the top girls did amazing! we had super gr8 packing and we are gonna totally BEAST AND FEAST THIS YEAR!¡!

| | josie, Ellie, maycee and I ran mustang pass. we kinda got lost then josie was like " I think there is a trail by the power lines" so we went over there and sure enough there was a trail!😅 we ran on it and there were like 4 GIGANTIC hills... but we finally made it back! It was a super fun run, too bad there weren't more girls

race- PR!!! I decided that I needed to step up my game since the last 2 races weren't too gr8. the beginning of the race I could tell that the pace was too slow so I went out and I led with Jessica, then josie came up with us.... around the 2nd lap mic came up so we pushed past her. the last lap Bailee came up and we pushed with her for a minute then I lost her by 5 seconds.... I was VERY happy with my race.( 18:46) .. It gave me more confidence to kick grass at Murray! :)

| | am- long run with 10x100m hills, I felt super good today especially during the hills workout... I was only gonna do 8 but then I decided to do 2 more with car,jos and jace, and robbers
pm- super sore from the run, It didn't feel as hot today but I'm sure it was hotter than I thought haha

pm- I was very very very sore but my mom rolled me out when I got home cuz my sister SUCKS at rolling me out! I was so pumped for the workout cuz I thought it was today but then I looked at the blog and it was tomorrow so I'll be pumped for it tomorrow!

pm- warm up, 5x100 strides, 20 min tempo. today the wind was blowing super hard, I felt good the first 10 mins then I fell back then I got back in there for the last 2 mins. I was super happy that I got back in there cuz it shows if I fall back from the pack in races that i can get back in there! :) PACK LIKE A FIST!👊

| | surprised I wasn't that tired from the sleepover with Caroline haha. it was a nice run on rim runner trail in Santa Clara, the weather was almost perfect. my legs weren't tired at all :) in super excited for the workout tomorrow and to see my teammates race!

| | am- felt really nice today
pm- 5x100 strides, 4x1200 @ 5k pace.our times were supposed to be around 4:55-5:02 ish. during the striders my legs were super tired, but as we got into the workout they felt gr8! our first 1200 was 4:55 then our second one was 5:00, I was tired after the second one but I was super excited and I felt confident to do amazing on the last two. my third one was 4:45 and jacey led with me and that really helped :) then she fell back a little but not too far. we were all pretty close and had a gr8 pack. my last one I felt AMAZING! again jacey led with me. she was starting to fall back then coach helped her and that really helped me also :) my last time was 4:35! overall I felt awesome and I thought the girls did awesome too! I am super excited to race with the girls at Murray!!!

Murray Invite (2.85 Miles) 00:17:49 | | I felt super tired during the race, I felt hydrated but my legs were just super tired.... the course was super different from last year it was about half grass and half asphalt. we didn't get a good start they just randomly started the gun and everyone was like " what the crap "😂 I had to elbow people and kinda shove my way to where i needed to be. I caught jos and she came with me then I caught her at the very end. I had a good race and the girls overall definitely had a good race. we came in 3rd overall just behind Davis. we have definitely improved and I'm excited for Bob Firman!!!!

pm- duel in the desert. my legs were super tired today during the warmup... but surprisingly they weren't during the race:) I was super happy with my race. me and Caroline led for a while then I passed her and I was leading for the last lap. It really makes me happy and confident when I am in the front. my overall time was 12:07 and I beat the course record by 3 seconds!
afterwards we had a small workout... 3x600 @ race pace each one get faster by 3 /seconds

| | 15 mins- so we went to Logan to my aunts farm to go sledding and snowboarding yesterday and we were sledding and my sister was coming down and I didn't see her and I turned around and they hit me and I flew and hit my head super hard and I felt sick the rest of the day and so I didn't go as far today cuz my head was throbbing like no other during the entire run
